Ah how quickly we forget, lol! C'mon you guys...send WesPAC some love in the form of your hard-earned cash.
The November elections may be over, and our thoughts have turned to putting a certain General in the White House - but let's not forget to support his current house: WesPAC!

I was so irrate about this today that I posted this on kos at noon, forgetting that it was midnight ET in America. But here it is again!
I personally laud the DCCC and CSCC as well as the various PACS for getting behind candidates in this crucial mid-term election. So nothing I say here is to be taken as a criticism of the organizations and individuals involved - only the tactic of pitting Dems against Dems, vets and non-vets alike.
We have no choice but to endure the primaries which pit LOCAL candidates against each other, but now we are seeing this taken to a regional and national level. The DCCC chose the strategy of putting large amounts of cash into a relatively few targeted campaigns. This produced a great deal of strife between Fighting Dem Vets and other Fighting Dems - something that should not have happened. Many of us advocated rather a leveling of the playing field so that candidates in areas where even 5,000 bucks would make a huge difference could benefit from increased funding.
