This diary deals with the discrepancy in female health care at VA Hospitals. I am extremely mindfull of this being that we have a lot of Senators that are terrible in terms of supporting our veterans. I have started an act blue page to let them know they cannot give us lip service this election cycle.

For those of you who attended the NCCM Conference in Little Rock in July 2005, together with Connie Di Johnson and Dan Shea, I participated in a presentation on Veterans, Military Families and Survivors issues. I've been following VA healthcare closely since late-2003 and as a retired officer with a Vietnam combat related disability, I have personal experience with the VA.

Now to get to the issues.
