I posted this over there, because I'm sick of this shit already (the RW hatemongers bringing up the same old smears, perfumed prince, WWIII at Pristina, fired from his last job, etc) while the Obama campaign is hanging him out to dry:
CONTEXT: Bob Schieffer brought up fighter plane (none / 0)
Bob Schieffer: I have to say, Barack Obama has not had any of those experiences either, nor has he ridden in a fighter plane and gotten shot down. I mean-
GENERAL WESLEY CLARK: Well, I don't think riding in a fighter plane and getting shot down is a qualification to be President.
Bob Schieffer: Really?!
And actually what Clark was saying was that Obama didn't need THAT experience in order to qualify for the Presidency. The rest of this manufactured controversy is just that. By the people who sold you WMD and the Iraq War.
